Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team, focusing on the SCOR BAU EI parallel initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing updates and enhancements to the SCOR Java application. Your primary responsibilities will include modifying business logic, updating the user interface, and extending reporting capabilities and the system data model. You will also support application enhancements and defect resolution during the maintenance phase. This role requires managing applications across multiple environments, including coding, testing, peer reviews, documentation, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting. Adherence to code coverage, testing, and security protocols is essential. The role may also require on-call support as necessary. Additional duties will be assigned as required by the unit operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with the Java programming language.
- Experience in application development on the J2EE platform.
- Strong skills in writing SQL for relational databases.
- Proficiency in developing RESTful web services using the Spring framework.
- Experience with Spring Aspect-Oriented Programming, particularly in transaction management and security.
- Competence in JUnit and Unit Test development.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the Angular UI Framework.
- Experience with Crystal Reports.
- Experience with PowerBI.
