A Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They serve as the main point of contact for customers and represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving
