In this role, you will support various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations across the company. You will work closely with different departments, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle a wide range of administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to company executives and team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Coordinate and manage communication between different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Manage office supplies and other resources, ensuring they are stocked and available for remote team members.
Duties:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Support marketing and sales teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
