As an Online Dispatch Representative, you will coordinate and manage the dispatching of our IT service technicians to various client locations. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage incoming client service requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Schedule and dispatch IT service technicians to client locations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician assignments, and job statuses.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on service requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the IT support team to ensure technicians are equipped with the necessary information and resources for each job.
- Utilize dispatch software and tools to streamline and optimize dispatch processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Duties:
- Respond promptly to service requests and inquiries from clients.
- Coordinate with IT service technicians to ensure timely arrival at client sites.
- Track and manage the progress of dispatched jobs and provide regular updates to clients.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in documenting service requests and technician activities.
- Address and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Assist in improving dispatch processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
