We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Office Support professional to join our team. The Virtual Office Support will work remotely to provide administrative assistance, handle operational tasks, and support our team members with various administrative needs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements for team members.
  2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, redirecting them as appropriate and responding to inquiries promptly.
  3. Create and maintain documentation, reports, and spreadsheets as needed.
  4. Assist with virtual meeting setup, coordination, and documentation of meeting minutes.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
    • Strong proficiency with virtual office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
