We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for a Project Manager role at one of our client sites.
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in the CDO, responsible for overseeing and facilitating IT projects with a focus on agile methodologies. This position requires a unique blend of strong technical skills in IT, particularly in mainframe development, coupled with expertise in agile facilitation and integration for sprint teams. The incumbent will collaborate closely with the CDO team to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects in alignment with organizational goals.

Skills(Required):
- Service as an agilest and scrum master on agile projects in IT.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to agile principles, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work with scrum/sprint team members with high technical acumen to manage data migration and report generation projects.
- Develop criteria for evaluating programs, proposals, and other pertinent information related to data projects.
- Develop project budgets, schedules, work plans, resource requirements, and cost estimates for data migration and report generation.
- Implement plans to communicate project methodology and processes to interested groups and team members.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for data migration and report generation initiatives.
- Work closely with data scientists and technical teams to understand development requirements and integrate them into project plans.
- Leverage in-depth technical knowledge to guide project teams in overcoming technical challenges related to data migration.
- Provide hands-on technical support and guidance for data migration and report generation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to agile principles, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work with scrum/sprint team members with high technical acumen to manage data migration and report generation projects.
Skills(Preferred):
- PMI-ACP or other project management adjacent certifications.
