We are embarking on a full ERP transformation from SAP to Oracle at CPS Energy, and we are seeking a skilled Change Management Analyst to join our team.

Position Overview:
As a Change Management Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption and implementation of the new ERP system at CPS Energy. You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies that minimize resistance and drive employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project teams to assess change impacts and develop change management plans for the ERP transformation.
Create and deliver engaging communications and training materials to support the change initiative.
Conduct change readiness assessments and develop strategies to address resistance and drive adoption.
Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them effectively lead their teams through the change process.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with the data analysis team to gather insights from CPS Energy's stakeholders and incorporate them into the change management approach.

Qualifications:

experience in change management, preferably in ERP implementations or large-scale transformation projects.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with Oracle or SAP systems is a plus
