We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for a IT Technical Support role at one of our client site.

- Troubleshoot Laptop issues: Examples: microphone/camera issues, shutdowns, blinking screens, fans cycling, and includes determining if new laptop should be sent as a "loaner" while repairing or replacing original.
- User Account Management: Login support, user account support, password resets, security set up, access, etc.
- Email and Communication Systems: Email and org structure admin for adding new users/groups, updating existing users/groups.
- Network Infrastructure & Cloud Mgmt: Maintain Client's network infrastructure and support management of cloud services.
- Hardware and Software Management: Procure, deploy, and manage hardware (laptops, monitors, keyboards, etc.) for client employees.
- Data Security and Privacy: Establish and enforce security policies, implement firewalls, antivirus software, VPN and encryption measures as required.
- Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implement regular data backups and maintain a disaster recovery plan for client's IT systems.
- IT Helpdesk Support: Create system for and provide technical support to client employees by establishing a helpdesk system for issue resolution.
- Cybersecurity Training: Create and conduct cybersecurity awareness training for client employees (can be recorded/guided).
- Website Management: Maintain and update client's website, monitor performance, and ensure security.
- IT Budgeting and Procurement: Collaborate with client's management to create and manage the IT budget, procure hardware, software, and services.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure client's IT systems and practices comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Collaboration with Third-Party Vendors: Manage relationships with IT service providers, vendors, and contractors; coordinate support and services.
- Employee Training: Conduct training sessions for client employees on new technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Monitoring and Analytics: Implement monitoring tools, track system performance, and use analytics for data-driven decisions upon request.
- IT Policy Development: Develop and enforce IT policies, including acceptable use policies and security guidelines.
- Mobile Device Management: Implement policies and tools for managing MFA through programs like Microsoft Authenticator or Okta.
- Integration of Multiple Systems: Integrate different systems within client to ensure seamless communication and data flow (Salesforce, Oracle, M365, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Scale IT Infrastructure: Plan for and implement scalable solutions to accommodate client's growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency and security.
- Software & Solutions Assessment: Support assessment of solutions such as AI or other software or integration, security, regulatory compliance, and safety.
