We are looking for an IT Specialist with expertise in Advanced Workday Integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining sophisticated Workday integration solutions to optimize our clients' HR system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality integrations using Workday Studio and other integration tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices in integration.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in Workday integrations, particularly with Workday Studio.
- Strong understanding of web services, APIs, and data transformation technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
