We are looking for a full-time/Contract employee for a Salesforce Business Analyst.
This request is for a contract Salesforce Business Analyst. The contractor will be responsible for defining project requirements and performing business analysis for the Star+Plus 3 (SP3) pilot program within the Texas Unified Licensure Information Portal (TULIP). The work period is to start May 1, 2022 and end on March 31, 2023.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS(Required):
- Experience with general IT SDLC processes
- Skilled in working on agile projects utilizing scrum
- Skilled in extracting business, functional and non-functional requirements from business units and IT staff
- Skilled in test case planning and quality assurance reviews of test scripts
- Skilled in documenting AS-IS and TO-BE process flows
- Skilled in educating business unit staff on agile and scrum terminology and processes
- Possess strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users including executive staff
- Skilled in mediating business units with conflicting and competing business requirements
- Skilled in facilitating large group meetings with internal and external resources
- Experience in writing data base queries and reports to analyze/verify the integrity of an application
- Experienced in establishing a sprint backlog
