Our BPO division is looking for a talented and qualified candidate to join us as a TECHNICAL RECRUITER . Your goal for this position will be finding the right candidate for the clients.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for our clients, both internal and external. You will be also responsible for advertising job positions on various online job boards and social media platforms. You should be developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies. In addition to this, you will also be collaborating with hiring managers for evaluating applications on the day to day basis. You should be maintaining an effective talent pipeline for the potential candidates. Meeting with the clients to know their requirements is a necessary task for this job role. You should process relation-building skills as well as amazing decision-making abilities. You should also have extensive knowledge of Resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems. You should have great organizational skills with a strategic mindset as well.

Responsibilities
- Conducting meetings with the clients and noting down their requirements.
- Discussion on packages and qualifications criteria with the clients.
- Knowing the job specifications, job candidates, and job requirements for the position.
- Posting job ads on various platforms such as job boards, social media networks, and website career pages.
- Attending job fairs and other professional events.
- Attracting passive candidates via social media networks.
- Developing various recruitment strategies if required.
- Screening resumes and interviewing potential candidates on a regular basis.
- Maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future use.
- Preparing reports on the best-fit candidates and updating the internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring proper documentation of the entire hiring process is maintained.
- Updating and storing all the required information in Resume Databases.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients , vendors and other staffing agencies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
- Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
- Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
- Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
- Selects one or more placement agencies to assist with recruitment process.
- Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
- Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.
- Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
- Vets potential employees credentials.
- Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates.
- Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
- Attends job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booth at job fairs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Perform required criminal background checks and reach out to previous employers to determine the accuracy of applicant information
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology or relevant field or BBA or Any degree relevant to Human Resource
- Proven 3+ years of recruiting experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Work experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter, Staffing Coordinator, Corporate Recruiter, or a similar position.
- Demonstrate the ability to evaluate candidates via the interview process.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Great listening skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Databases.
- Strong working experience in writing accurate job descriptions.
- Knowledge of various free and premium job boards.
- Quick decision-making abilities.
- Phenomenal relation-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Amazing time management abilities.
- Strong understanding of labor and HR regulations.
- Excellent work ethics with an ability to meet deadlines.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate great knowledge of the hiring process.
