We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for a ERP PMO Specialist role.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP PMO Specialist to join our team at the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA).
As an NTTA ERP PMO Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and execution of Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Offer (RFO) processes for selecting vendors for our enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of ERP systems that meet the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end process of developing RFPs and RFOs for selecting vendors for NTTA's ERP projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and subject matter experts, to gather requirements and define evaluation criteria.
Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and technologies that align with NTTA's ERP objectives.
Prepare comprehensive and detailed RFP/RFO documents that clearly articulate the project requirements, evaluation criteria, and contractual terms and conditions.
Manage the vendor selection process, including issuing RFPs/RFOs, organizing and facilitating vendor presentations and demonstrations, and conducting evaluation sessions.
Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
Analyze vendor proposals and make recommendations based on evaluation criteria, alignment with NTTA's objectives, and overall value proposition.
Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure smooth transition from vendor selection to implementation phases
Monitor and track vendor performance during implementation and provide ongoing support as needed.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends related to ERP systems and vendor selection processes.

Required Experience:

Proven experience in managing and executing RFP and RFO processes for selecting vendors in large-scale ERP projects.
In-depth understanding of ERP systems and their implementation lifecycles.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, regulations, and contract management.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships.
Experience working in a government or public sector organization is preferred.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CPCM are highly desirable.
