We are looking for a Full time/contract employee for a CAPPS PeopleSoft Product Owner / Lead Business Analyst.
This role requires the following skills and experiences:
• Knowledge of Oracle (PeopleSoft) Financial 9.2, Human Capital Management 9.2, or Enterprise Learning Management 9.2
• Expertise with Oracle (PeopleSoft) modules in Asset Management, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Billing, Inventory and Purchasing, HR/Payroll/Time and Labor, or Enterprise Learning Management
• Act as a customer proxy, working with business owners, users and other stakeholders to understand product needs and priorities
• Define user stories, create, plan, prioritize and maintain the Product Backlog
• Provide leadership in sprint planning to prioritize scrum team’s work for the upcoming sprint
• Work with team to clarify user stories and define acceptance of to-be completed user stories
• Work with application development and quality assurance engineers to validate the completed user stories align with the product roadmap
• Work with Scrum Master to align the prioritized product backlog to the overall project schedule
• Identify and address risks, issues, and contingency plans; ensuring resolution of issues and removal of project barriers
• Prefer seven (7) or more years of experience with CAPPS
